Wife of Lucious L Thomas and Albert Thomas
Daughter of Walter Valentine and Harriet Dillon Brock
Rebecca Brock Thomas, age 91, a resident of Franklinton, died yesterday in Ochsner Medical Center, Metairie. Born December 16, 1907 in Walthall County, Mississippi, to WalterValentine and Harriet Dillon Brock, she was a housewife and a member of Thomas Bible Baptist
Church. She is survived by sons, Herbert Wilson Thomas, Euell S Thomas, and Tyrone Knight, all of Thomas; daughters, Elowese Wood of Tylertown, Ona Faye Breland of Hattiesburg, Rena Mae Turnage of Thomas, Genell Ard of Tylertown, Lucile Polk of Thomas, and Kathy Stover of State Line; 35 grandchildren and 69 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughters, Louise Martin and Eva Knight; husband, Albert Thomas; five grandchildren, and the father of her children, Lucious Thomas.
