Mrs. Ouida Wood Thhomas, 84 died in her home after a lenghty illness. Born April 15, 1902 in walthall County to the late Boliver E. and Burnette Ard Wood and the widow of Robert Thomas, she was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Latimore of Franklinton and M.T. of Bogalusa; one daughter, Mrs. Freddie Thomas of Tylertown; one brother, Kenzie Wood of Folsom, La.; four sisters, Lexie Adams of Amite, La., Lela M. Blackwell and Ivy W. McCaffrey, both of Tylertown, and Irma James of Franklinton; five grandchildren, 11 grear-grandchildren and three great-grear-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bill Sullivan, Tony McDaniel, Harold Wood, Harold Thomas, Donald Wayne Sumrall and Leroy Nelson.
Burial was at Thomas Cemetery with Hartman-Hughes in charge.
Rev. Enos Branch and J.W, Graves officiated with the services.
