She was preceded by her husband Virgil Thomas, her son V.L. Thomas, 2 brothers, Woodrow and Billy Stringer, 3 sisters Thelma Thomas, Zelia Crowe, Mary Bateman Adams; 2 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She was a resident of Bogalusa and a member of Pine Grove Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. she worked in the garment factory, Dexter school cafeteria, and Travis’ grocery and market.
