MICHAEL WAYNE THOMAS, AGE 55
And a resident of Pine died at 11:30 PM Saturday, August 11, 2007 at Riverside Medical Center.
He was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church and also served as a bus driver for the church.
Survived by: Wife: Mary Nell Blalock Thomas of Pine, 1 Daughter and son in law: Michelle and Scott Miley of Pine, 2 Sons and daughters in law: Michael, Jr. and Amy Thomas of Tylertown, Jerry and Hollie Thomas of Pine, 7 Grandchildren: Trevor and Taylor Miley, Austin and Blake Thomas, Jathan, Jaye Tyler, Jordan Thomas, Sister in law and brother in law: Jo Jo and Anthony Odom of Franklinton, Special family Adrine and Jimmy Brooks, Jimmy Dale and Amy Brooks, Melanie and Stevie Lott, his best bus driving buddy James Brooks, Linda, Cory and Cody Dillon, Lots of nieces, nephews, family and friends
He was preceded in death by his parents Devon and Helen Ard Thomas and a brother James Sumrall.
Visitation will begin after 2 PM Monday, August 13, 2007 at Faith Tabernacle Church and continue until time of funeral service to be held at 3 PM Tuesday, August 14, 2007 with Rev. Jerry Cox, Bro. Aaron Cox and Bro. Terry McCain. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
