Mrs. Mabel Magee Burch, 69, a resident of Franklinton, died at 6:45 a.m. Thursday, July 18th, at the Riverside Medical Center in Franklinton.
A retired beautician, she was a member of the Franklinton First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Wilson E. Burch of Franklinton; a daughter, Mrs. Dennis (JoAnn) Crowe of Franklinton; a brother, J. W. Winborn of Baton Rouge; a step-son, the Rev. Ed Burch of Lafayette; and five grandchildren.
The body lay in state at the Crain Funeral Home in Franklinton until the time for funeral services, which were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, July 19th, in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Ed Burch officiating.
Interment was in the Ellis Cemetery.
Pallbearers were A. W. Burch, Jr., Dorman Burch, Donnie Burch, Richard Dillon, Richard Morgan, and Patrick Magee.
