Larry Marvin Magee, age 57and a resident of Franklinton, Louisiana died at 7:30 AM Thursday at his residence. He was former co-owner of Maurice Magee Furniture and longtime dedicated volunteer for the Washington Parish Fair Association where he served as chairman of the Buildings and Grounds Committee. He was Fair Catalog Honoree in 1998 and served on the fair executive committee. He was president of First Finance Company in Franklinton and a lifetime member of the Franklinton Volunteer Fire Department. He was a sponsor and coach with Franklinton Girls Softball. He was a US Army veteran of Vietnam and a member of Homer Magee Post 113 of American Legion. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survived by Wife Kim Stafford Magee of Franklinton, Daughters and sons in law Jennifer and Jay.
