Husband of Elaine Spencer Knight
Floyd Carl Knight, 69, went home to be with the Lord. He was a resident and native of Boglausa. He was a retired Assitant Chief with the Bogalusa Fire Department serving with the department for 33 years and there was still a special place in his heart for the fire service. He currently worked with the CVS Pharmacy delivery service. He was a faithful member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son-in-law, uncle and friend who dearly loved his family, church family and friends. He leaves behind his wife of 43 years Elaine Spencer Knight, 2 sons, 2 daughters, 1 brother, 4 sister-in-laws, mother-in-law, close family members, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of dear friends. He was preceded by his parents Carl and Veta Knight, brother and sister-in-law W.C. "Pete" and Johnnie Fay Corkern and his father-in-law Elton Spencer.
