Jo Ann Thomas Creel, 68, of Bogalusa, La., died there Aug. 14, 2011, at Bogalusa Medical Center.
Visitation is 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Brockdale Apostolic Church in Magnolia and will continue at 9 a.m. Friday until services at the church at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Charles Creel will officiate, and burial will follow in Pounds Cemetery in Bogalusa.
Jones Family Funeral Services in McComb is in charge of arrangements.
