Daughter of willie and Miranda Sharp Jenkins
WILDA JENKINS JONES, age 81
and a resident of the Bonner Creek community died at 8:30 AM Friday at Lakeview Regional Medical Center in Covington. She was the widow of Cecil Jones and an active member of the First Baptist Church of Franklinton and the Senior Adult Choir and Gleaners Sunday School Class.
Survived by: Daughter and son in law: Sharon and David Mixon of Amite Granddaughter and spouse: Laurie and Mike Williams of Enon Grandson: Clay Sumrall of Franklinton 2 great grandchildren: Miranda and Cole Williams of Enon 1 sister: Bertha Corkern Parker of Covington and numerous nieces and nephews She was also prececed in death by an infant daughter Cecile and parents Willie and Miranda Sharp Jenkins; 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Visitation at Crain Funeral Home after 10 AM Sunday until time for the funeral service at 2 PM Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Luther Stanford and Dr. Jerry Barlow officiating.
