Edna Parham Jones, 92, and a resident of the Enon Community passed away at her home. She was a former office worker at the Michoud Assembly Facility. She was a member of Enon Baptist Church. She loved listening to the taped church services even after the time she became unable to attend. She enjoyed quilting for over 40 years and even though she took up the hobby at nearly 80 years old, she was also a very good artist with many paintings and drawings. Earlier in life she loved camping and spending time on the Bogue Chitto River. She leaves behind 2 daughters and sons in law, 1 step-son, 8 grandchildren, 1 sister and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her husband Virgil Jones, 1 daughter Judith Smith, 1 grandson Trey Smith, 1 infant granddaughter, parents Curtis Parham and Wilma Eady Parham, 2 sisters Ruby Ard, Nancy Wilson and 2 brothers Elliot Parham and Everett Parham.
