Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend died peacefully on July 10, 2012, in her home surrounded by family. Beverly was the second of six children born to Lawrence "Babe" Hebert and Rita Mouch Hebert. She was born on December 18, 1924 and graduated from Brusly High School in 1941. She was married to Patrick Hobbins and lived in Missouri for many years before returning to Port Allen to be with family after the death of her husband. She worked in the cafeteria at Port Allen High school where she was long remembered by students. She also worked at Lynndale Supermarket. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gordon Hebert. She is survived by her siblings, Marvel "Moe" Hebert, Betsy Simpson Gosserand and husband Ellis, Rodney "Boboy" Hebert, LJ Hebert and wife Pat of California and sister-in-law Barbara Hebert; her children, Terry and Joy Hobbins, Carol and Mike Aghayan, and Kathleen and Timothy Bonaventure; her grandchildren, Christopher Aghayan, Patrick Hobbins, Kacy Hobbins Patin, Ashley Aghayan, Tyler Bonaventure, and Dylan Bonaventure; and her great-grandson Hudson Hobbins.
