Helen Sisemore Richardson, 83 of Vivian, LA passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011. Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Vivian Cemetery officiated by Rev. Ken Norris. There will be a visitation on Monday the 17th from 6-8 PM at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home Chapel in Vivian. Helen was born January 11, 1928 in Quitman, LA and lived most of her life in this area. She was a member of the New Beginnings Assembly of God Church in Vivian. She was as a school teacher, and she loved to read and she was always well read. Earlier in life she traveled over the country and the world with her husband Rick as he worked as an engineer. She even lived in South Africa for 3 years. Helen was preceded in death by her husband Albert Rick Richardson, her son Mike Richardson, her grandson Micah and her granddaughter Amber. She is survived by her grandchildren, Amanda Richardson and David Richardson, 1 great grandchild, and several Good Friends. She will always be remembered as being a sweet lady who will be missed by everyone who knew her.
