Helen Faye Haik, a resident of Bogalusa, LA, age 85, born on December 3, 1926 in Hattiesburg, MS. and a member of Annunciation Catholic Church, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Regency Hospital in Covington, LA. She was preceded by her husband Lester G. Haik Sr. and her parents James and Irene Smith Lee.
