married Oct. 23, 1879 in Bossier parish.
William was the oldest son of Stephen Henry Bounds and Narcisse Lott. He was born in Barbour County Alabama.
Nancy Elizabeth Watt was the daughter of Walter M. and Rebecca C Watt. Growing up she was known around the area as "Betty Plexico" because of her mother's remarriage to William Plexico after Walter Watt died.
