Seal, Ruth Jenkins. A Washington Parish native and long-time Franklinton resident died at age 84 on December 26th in Baton Rouge General Hospital. She was a resident of Fountain Lodge Nursing Home. Interment was in the Ellis Cemetery. Preceded in death by her husband, J. Pierce Seal, she is survived by two sons, one daughter, a brother, five sisters, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
