Died 12:07 am Friday, February 28, 1992, at the Medical Center of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was 70, a native of Franklinton, Louisiana and resident of Baton Rouge. He was a retired pastry chef and a US Coast Guard veteran of World War II. Survived by daughters, Carolyn Little and Janis Donaldson both of Baton Rouge; stepson T M Maloy Baton Rouge; sister Sarah F O'Banion, Baton Rouge; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Ruth Jenkins Seal and Jess P Seal Sr; and brother, Jesse Durwood Seal. He was a member of Franklinton Lodge No. 101 F&AM.
