Rolls August, 1862, to October, 1862, Absent, as Hospital, nurse, since August 3,1862. Rolls November, 1862, to October 31, 1863, Present. Roll November and December, 1863, Absent, sick, since
December 21, 1863, order of Surgeon. Roll January 1 to April 30, 1864, Present. Roll May 1 to August 31,1864, Died of disease, at Columbus, Georgia, about last June, exact date not known.
