Roll May and June, 1862, Resigned and was discharged from the service, May 6, 1862, on account of ill health. Roster dated March, 1865, Entered into state service, November 23, 1861, into Confederate Service, December 11, 1861. Elected 2nd
Lieutenant, November 23, 1861. Resigned April 12, 1862. Remarks: W W Davis.
