Funeral services for Clyde Allen Tucker, 85, will be held at 10:30am, Monday, January 25, 2016 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Connie Ward officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill cemetery under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home in Farmerville. Mr. Tucker, a retired pipefitter and carpenter with IMC-Angus, went to his heavenly home January 22, 2016. Mr. Tucker was married to the love of his life, Rose Neal Tucker, for 66 years. A lifelong resident of Union Parish, Mr. Tucker was a faithful member of Zion Hill Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and Sunday School Superintendent for many years. He was a devoted father, brother and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jewel Allen and Susie Mae Hudson Tucker; two sisters, Dawn Brummett and Melba Sue Tucker; and granddaughter, Beth Tucker. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Rose Neal Tucker; three sons, Scotty Dale Tucker & Dianna Dyer of Avery, Tx., Terry Allen & wife Jeanette Tucker of Baton Rouge, La., and Randy Steven & wife Epie Tucker of Dayton, Tx.; three sisters, Patty Dumas of Farmerville, Ann Stuckey of Longview, Tx. and Nan Roan of Longview, Tx.; four grandchildren, Scott & Marie Tucker, Kirk Tucker, Kim McMillian, and John & Wendi Tucker; seven great grandchildren, Haley, Destiny, Alec, Cassie, Cara, Avery & Ainsley; and a host of step grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Kirk Tucker, John Tucker, Scott Tucker, Ray Hammons, John Neal and Karl Brummett. Visitation will be from 5-8pm, Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville. In leiu of flowers, donations can be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church.
