BOSSIER CITY, LA - Services for Lory Joseph "Frenchie" Deaville, 88, will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Monsignor Carson LaCaze and Father Rothell Price. Interment will follow at Rose-Neath Cemetery, Bossier City, LA. Visitation will be Friday, January 31, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m., with a 7 p.m. Rosary, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City. Frenchie was born February 1, 1925 in Godeau, LA to Telemark and Virginia Armond Deaville. He died January 28, 2014 in Bossier City, LA. He was a retired store manager for A & P.Frenchie's parents and brothers, O.J. Deaville and Vance Deaville preceded him in death.He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Gertrude Damico Deaville; sister, Bernadine Deaville and numerous nieces and nephews.Honoring Frenchie as pallbearers will be Trey Beene, Bobby Firmin and nephews, Brent Deaville, Paul Lasserre, Joe Lasserre and James Deaville. Honorary pallbearers will be Harlan Beene, Walter Lavelle, John LeGrand, Robert Mitchell, III, Buck Sepulvado, Judge Tommy Wilson and Al Bullock.Special thanks to caregivers Markebra Barnes and Tawanna Harville and the nurses of St. Joseph Hospice for their loving care.In lieu of flowers, the family requests you make a donation to your local food bank.
