Feb 22, 1874-May 17, 1939
Hubert C. Bailey, age 66 years, died May 18th, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Dr. and Mrs. B.B. O'Mara at Biloxi. He came here from Al. about 35 years ago, and was married to the late Etta Johnson, sister of Delos R. Johnson. They had 4 children, 3 surviving, James of
Holly Springs, Ms., Mrs. B.P. Montegriff of Denver, Col., and Mrs. B.B. O'Mara of Biloxi; also surviving are his aged mother, Mrs. Walter Green, 2 brothers, Milton of Camden, Ark, and Dumus Bailey of Picayune. Interment was in the Ellis cemetery.
