Died 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, 1986, at his residence in Poplarville. He was 72, a native and former resident of Franklinton. Visiting at Crain Funeral Home, Franklinton, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday, and after 8 a.m. until religious services at 3 p.m.. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Rubin Herrin. Burial in Ellis Cemetery, Franklinton. Survived by a son, Gerald Bailey, Memphis, Tenn.; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Vanda) Heine, Baton Rouge, and Ann Boughman, Magnolia, Miss.; a sister, Mrs. Margie B. Welch, Baton Rouge; two granddaughters, Karla Bailey and Barbara Baughman; and a friend, Euna Matherne, Poplarville.
