Son of Harvey Wilmer and Effie Elender Fairburn Corkern
- Funeral services will be held today at 2 p.m. in the Poole Funeral Home chapel in Franklinton for Archie Harold Corkern, age 52, a resident of Franklinton who died yesterday at 11:45 a.m. at the Riverside Medical Center.
Interment will be in the Corkern Cemetery following services conducted by the Rev. J. B. Rocko. He was an employee of the Town of Franklinton.
He is survived by one son, Harold T.C. Corkern of Franklinton; two daughters, Mrs. Judy C. Sylvest of Franklinton and Mrs. June C. Stevens of Buras; two brothers, Tildon and Taylor Corkern and one sister, Mrs. Eunice Newman, all of Franklinton.
