Emma Terry, 82, of Vivian, Louisiana passed away Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Vivian Healthcare Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home Chapel in Vivian officiated by Reverend Dustie Dunn. Burial will follow in Vivian Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday the 22nd from 6 " 8 PM at the funeral home. Mrs Terry was born April 9, 1928 to Jimmie Ilar Hartzo in Vivian, Louisiana where she lived all her life. She was a member of The First Baptist Church of Vivian. She loved to collect paper dolls and her collection contained dolls made for the Queen of England. She also loved art and some of her own artwork won 2nd place at the Worlds Fair. She is survived by her husband Floyd Terry, Sr of Vivian, her sons; Floyd Terry.Jr and wife Regina of Vivian, Tom Terry and wife Serita of Vivian and Jerry Terry and wife Cathy of Mooringsport, Louisiana, her sister Pauline Dupree and husband A J of Livingston, Texas, her 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Dave Betka, Ross Terry, Chris Terry and Josh Terry. Honorary pallbearer is Sam Curry.
