Graveside services and interment for Mrs. Juliet Faye Taylor Adams, age 90, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 18, 2014 at the Springhill Cemetery with Rev. Tim Everett officiating. Services are under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Adams was born on December 12, 1923 to Ernest Blocker and Nellie Baker Taylor in Springhill, LA and passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2014 in Texarkana, TX. She was a former resident of Springhill and had made her home in Texarkana since 1990. She was a member of the Baptist faith, was a former employee of International Paper Company and was a homemaker. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by a son, Kirby Adams of Texarkana, TX; granddaughter, Ashlie Holmes and husband, John Russell; great-granddaughter, Madyson, great-grandson, Jacob and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by husband, Samuel Adams; her parents, two sisters, Earnestine "Pete" Martens, Wilma Lewis and brother, George Taylor.
