Sammy Latimore Ingram, age 92 and a resident of Franklinton died at 12:20 PM, Monday, March 28, 2011 at Riverside Medical Center. He was a retired dairyman and farmer and was an avid gardener. He was a member of Acy's Creek Missionary Baptist Church. He was a US Army veteran of World War II.
Survived by 2 Daughters and sons in law JoAnne and Charles Gerald of Pine, Dianne and John Mitchell of Picayune,1 Son and daughter in law Rickey and Karen Ingram of Franklinton, 6 Grandchildren and spouses, Michelle Reynolds, Stephanie and Michael Smith, Timothy and Lyn Mitchell, Laura and Garon Griffiths, Jeremy and Rhonda Ingram, Shanda and Justin Foles, 7 Great grandchildren: Hannah Smith, Lorna Smith, Drake Reynolds, Eli Mitchell, Anne Claire Mitchell, Jude Ingram, Joseph Ingram, Allie Foles Nicholas Foles,
Brother in law Winfred Beall of Franklinton.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth E Taylor Ingram; parents Lovic and Mary Cooper Ingram; two brothers Herman and Clifford Ingram and a sister Freddie Brumfield.

Survived by Husband of 66 years Sammy Ingram of Franklinton, 2 Daughters and sons in law JoAnne and Charles Gerald of Pine, Dianne and John Mitchell of Foley, Alabama, 1 Son and daughter in law Rickey and Karen Ingram of Franklinton, 6 Grandchildren and spouses Michelle Reynolds, Stephanie and Michael Smith, Timothy and Lyn Mitchell, Laura and Garon Griffiths, Jeremy and Rhonda Ingram, Shanda and Justin Foles 7 Great grandchildren Hannah Smith, Lorna Smith, Drake Reynolds, Eli Mitchell, Jude Ingram, Joseph Ingram, Allie Foles, 1 Sister: Vera and Winfred Beall of Franklinton, Devoted Cousin: Mamie Cooper, She was preceded in death by her parents Zach and Pearlie Magee Taylor and a brother Marion Taylor.
