May 2, 1889 - August 26, 1971
Mrs. Lossie Kelly, 82 of Spearsville, La., died Thursday afternoon at the Tri-Ward Hospital in Bernice, La. Mrs. Kelly was a native of Willisville, Arkansas and a member of Mount Union Baptist Church at Spearsville. She is survived by one son Dewey Kelly of Spearsville; one sister, Mrs. Katie Watkins of Waldo; two brothers, Howard H. Butcher of Stephens and Robert Butcher of Bastrop, La.; four grandchildren and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. at Mount Union Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Kilpatricks of Farmersville, La. is in charge. (Camden News - August 27, 1971)
