Funeral services celebrating the life of Terri Lynn Swann Kennedy, age 55 will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 17, 2021 at Mooringsport Baptist Church, 500 Ivy Street, Mooringsport, LA with Rev. Randy Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Mooringsport Memorial Gardens. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until service time at the church. Terri was born in New Orleans, LA on November 26, 1965 to Loyd Byron Swann and Patsy McCoin Swann and passed away on May 12, 2021 at her residence in Mountain View, MO. She had lived at her residence in Mountain View for the past 7 years and was a former resident of Mooringsport, LA, a barber by trade and a member of the Mooringsport Baptist Church. Terri's greatest gift in life were her husband, Kelvin, her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by them and her extended family. Terri is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, David Swann. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 23 years, Kelvin Kennedy of Mountain View, MO; her children, Billy Schoonover of Marksville, LA, John Paul "J.P" Kennedy and wife, Kristin of Mooringsport, Amber Rogers of Mooringsport, Beckee Schoonover and Fiancé, Evan Atkins of Mountain View, MO and Kristin Ebarb and husband, Matt of Mooringsport. She is also survived by her brothers, Bobby Swann and wife, Angie of Mooringsport, Tim Swann of Islamorado, FL and 10 precious grandchildren. Honoring Terri as pallbearers will be Mark Star, John Owens, Danny Laney, Evan Atkins, Matt Ebarb and Michael Moore
