Funeral services celebrating the life of Mr. Stephen L. "Butch" Hibbard, 71, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at Harvest Assembly Of God Church, with Rev. Randy Bardwell, Rev. Otis Moore, Dr. Frank Nocera and Pastor Erik Crain officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Hibbard was born May 11, 1946, and passed away April 9, 2018. He retired after 33 years of dedicated service at the West Monroe Fire Department. He was a dedicated member of Harvest Assembly Of God Church as well as serving as a former member of First Assembly Of God Church for over 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Beauregard and Ruby Hibbard, his wife of 52 years Rita "Dianne" Hibbard; daughter, Stephanie Hibbard and sister, Mona Beebe.

Survivors include his daughter, Missy Payne (Mike), grandsons: Blake Payne, Stephen "Chi" Hibbard, Tannyr Miskac; granddaughters; Rianne Payne, Destiny Book(Jacob), Hannah Thomisee (Paul); Great Grandsons; Coby Cragen, Deuce Book, brothers; Jerry Hibbard, Sr, Noel Hibbard (Beverly); sister, Leilani Garrett; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Harvest Assembly Of God Church.
