Mary Frances Sabin, age 93, a native of Dubach, LA a former resident of Loxley for 30 years and a resident of Fairhope, AL passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018. Mrs. Sabin enjoyed traveling the country with her husband Wally. They lived in Louisiana, Arizona, Oregon and then Alabama. She was always active in a church and the community in which they lived. She was a member of The Lyon's Club and the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Sabin loved growing flowers and recently began enjoying art work. She was a member of the Loxley First Baptist Church where she spent much time helping with the nursery. She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Wallace A. "Wally" Sabin of Loxley, AL; son, John Wayne (Ann) Sabin of Fairhope, AL; daughter, Helen Jean Matthews of Scappoose OR; two sisters, Billie Bell of Jackson, MS, Myrtice Phillips of Dallas, TX; two brothers, Grant D. Davis, Jr. of Monroe, LA, Jerry David of Las Vegas, NV, four grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Mack Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Louis Johnson officiating. A visitation will be held Sunday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Mack Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Fellowship Cemetery, Dubach, LA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Loxley First Baptist Church, P. O. Box 114, Loxley, AL 36551. Arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, Hwy 59 Robertsdale, AL.
