STONEWALL, LA- Funeral services for Madge Ford Johnson, 93, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, 2012 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Pastors Jay and Josh Burford. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Madge was born on April 23, 1919 in Jonesville, LA to Edwin and Nina Ford. She passed away on May 23, 2012 at her home in Stonewall. She was a member of Fellowship Community Church. She was a homemaker and loved teaching Sunday school, gardening, shopping and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Troy M. Johnson, Sr.; daughter, Joan Bolton; grandson, Robert Atkins; sisters, Mary Alice Ford, Margueritte Ford, Marjorie Rinaudo, Ruth Brown and Mildred Stewart. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Troy M. Johnson, Jr. and wife, Sheila; daughter, Carolyn Franklin and husband, Bob; son-in-law, Bill Bolton; 3 grandchildren, Lane Bolton, Monnie Bolton, and Susan Thomas; 5 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great granddaughter; brothers, Daniel and Sam Ford; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Pat Rinaudo, Mark Rinaudo, Danny Ford, Ron Malone, Megan Crane and Summer Malone.
