Shreveport - Joseph S. Bianca, M.D. passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 2, 2019 in the presence of family members. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 11:00 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, with a reception afterward at the church.
