Caron was born August 11, 1941 in Kilgore, Texas to Jean Ford Mulhern and James Alexander Mulhern and entered into rest on Thursday, May 14, 2015 after a battle with illness. Caron was retired from LSUHSC where she had worked in the pathology department, and had been enjoying her days of leisure spending time gardening, shopping and with her book club. She was an active member of Lakeview United Methodist Church. She will be greatly and forever missed by her children, Allison Gibbs, Laura Cairns and Alan Gross, sister Ruby Stewart, brother-in-law John Stewart, daughter-in-law Mary Gross, sons-in-law Dale Gibbs, Rick Cairns, and grandchildren Haley Gibbs, Caroline Gibbs and Justin Gross. Caron was preceded in death by her beloved husbands Justin Earl Gross and William Richard Bragg. In lieu of flowers, the family would love a donation to Lakeview United Methodist Church or to the ALS Association.
