Regimental Return for August 1862, Absent with leave. Roll for September & October 1862, Present. Resigned as 1st Corporal, October 18, 1862. Rolls from November 1862 - February 1863, Present. On Register of C S A, General Military Hospital Number 4. Wilmington, North Carolina Admitted January 9, 1863. Returned to duty, January 12, 1863. On Roll of Prisoners of War, Paroled Monroe, Louisiana June 6, 1865. Residence Monroe, Louisiana.
