Lafayette – Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for Mary Reese, 80, who died January 2, 2018.
Services will be conducted by Father Sebastian Myladiyil, SVD.
Interment will be in St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge, LA.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Kathy Lewis of Lafayette, LA; one stepson, McKinley Leblanc (Mildred) of Breaux Bridge, LA; two sisters, Brenda Batiste (John) of Arnaudville, LA, Rose Calais of Cecilia, LA; two brothers, Ulysses Charles (Edna) of Arnaudville, LA, Joseph L. Charles (Shirley) of Cecilia, LA; one grandson, Timothy Lewis; two step grandchildren, Brandon and Alayna Leblanc; three great grandchildren, Lonnie and Lola Fails, Asia Trahan; two step great grandchildren, Aria Hill, Genesis Leblanc; a dear friend of the family, Jennifer Jollivet.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Reese; her son, Kenneth Reese; her parents, Horace and Enola Charles; grandparents, Adolf and Celestine Babineaux; brothers, Jules, Elmer and Henry Charles and sisters, Anna Charles and Rita Solomon.
