Services for Glenda Renea Jackson-Clark, 41 of Vidalia, who died Wednesday, February 9, 2011, at her residence, will be 11 am today at St Stephen Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at the Vidalia City Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 am until service time today at the church.

Mrs Clark was born July 25, 1969, in Natchez daughter of P T and Mamie Dixon Jackson. She was a registered nurse and an educator.

She was preceded in death by father; maternal grandparents John Henry and Maxine Dixon; and paternal grandparents Rev Jessie and Susie Jackson.

Survivors include mother of Vidalia; sister Tanya Johnson and husband Marlon, of Natchez; brothers Scottie Dixon and wife Sylenthia, Jason Jackson, all of Vidalia, and Darrell Jackson Sr. and wife Conkiethical of Grambling,Louisiana, goddaughter Paula Harris; aunts Shirley Hunt and husband Johnny, Dorothy Scales and husband Henry and Mary Dixon; uncles Jimmy Dixon and wife Mary, Larry Dixon and wife Jessie, Leon Dixon and wife Jackie, Samuel “Bo” Jackson and wife Pam, and James Dixon and wife Roxanne; great-aunts Alice Lloyd and Maggie Williams; great-uncle Clint Jackson; great-great-aunt, Celestine Joel; godsisters Brienna Washington and LaShonda Brown; godbrothers Koren Harris and Adrian Neyland; four nieces; seven nephews; and a number of other relatives and friends.
