Lafayette - Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011, 11:00 AM, Kinchen Funeral Home, 1011 N St Antoine St, Lafayette, for Mr. Linza Breaux.
A wonderful and loving compassionate man has left this world to go to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Dec. 21, 2011. Linza passed away at OLOL Regional Medical Center at the age of 62, surrounded by family that loved him dearly. He was a man of strong faith and courage and loved God with all his strength and might. He attended Carencro's First Greater Apostolic Church , Pastor Heard the overseer. He wanted his life to reflect what he believed and that was Acts 2:38 and John 3:5, the born again experience. He was an employee in the oilfield industry and traveled overseas to go and train people in the field as stabilizer welders. He was very good at what he did. At the time of his death he was employed at National Oilwell in Broussard, LA.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of thirty years Debra Breaux, three daughters Latoya B. (Jude) Tollivor, April B. (Jeffery) Richard, Brooklyn Breaux; two sons Samuel Breaux, Stephen Breaux; 8 grandchildren Taylor Breaux, Dameon Edmond, Jeffery "Von" Richard, Kaitlyn Breaux, Brianca Breaux, Traylon Breaux, and Samari Breaux; three sisters Barbara Salters, Shirley Breaux, Rose Breaux; four brothers Martin Breaux, Curtis Breaux, Keith Breaux, Rickey Breaux, a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rose Wiltz Breaux and Albert Breaux; two brothers Troy Breaux, Kenneth Breaux; two nieces Japparri Salters and Carla Breaux.
A warm thanks to Dr. James Cole and the Oncology staff at OLOL and Hospice of Acadiana.
