LAFAYETTE - Funeral services will be held Friday, May 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Gethsemane Church of God In Christ for Merline Vallier Plain, 58, who died May 10, 2013 at her residence.
Services will be conducted by Bishop Roy L.H. Winbush.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughters, Jessica (Perry) Frazier, Conswella Vallier and Chermaine (Arthur) Yanez; grandchildren, Asia, Paige, Paiton (Cordian), Jasmyn, Justin, Joshua, Perrie and Tristyn; one great grandchild, Teagan Rae Deniz; sisters: her twin, Merles Vallier, Anna Louise (George), Patsy (Freddie), Linda (Donald), Barbara (George), Betty, Carolyn and Mary; brothers, Henry Paul Jr. (Eva) and Ronald (Mavis); stepmother, Julia Domingue; special friend, Willie Plain and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruby Ozenne Vallier and Paul Domingue, Sr.; three sisters, Genenvive Bargeman, Mary Margaret and Shirley Vallier; two brothers, Clifton Norbert and Junius "Joe" Domingue.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 17, 2013 at Syrie Funeral Home from 7 a.m. until time of service.
