LAFAYETTE - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Maurice for Margaret Trahan, 96, who passed away on March 8, 2016 peacefully at her residence. Reverend O. Joseph Breaux, Pastor of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, will be Celebrant. Graveside Services will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park Cemetery in Lafayette.
Mrs. Margaret, a resident of Lafayette, was the daughter of the late Frank Koch and the former Althea Abshire.
She is survived by one son, Eric Trahan of Lafayette and daughter, Peggy Goodman; grandson, Cole Dickson and son-in-law, Jerry Dickson.
She was preceded in death by husband, Ozaire Trahan; daughter, Roudine Dickson and son-in-law, Thomas J. Goodman, Jr.
