Graveside service for Mrs. Billie Foster Butler of West Monroe will be held 10:30 A M, Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Hasley Pavillion. Rev. Matthew Walker will officiate under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.Billie was born March 21, 1939 in Union Parish and passed away peacefully in her home on July 1, 2018 West Monroe surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her husbands, J.B. Foster and Charles Butler; a son Dennis Carl Foster; parents, Jewel and Willie Lee Sawyer. She was owner/operator of West Monroe appraisal service with husband, J. B. for many years.Billie is survived by her son, Douglas Foster; daughter, Pam Jones and husband Ben; sister, Bobby Tisdale; brother, Edward Sawyer and wife Peggy; grandchildren; Jarrod Jones and wife Treena, Kayce Creighton and husband Joseph, Kristi Jones, Misty Pohl and husband Derick, Jesse Foster and 5 great-grandchildren.A special thanks to the Heart of Hospice.
