August 15, 1938 - October 7, 2020
The life journey of Sister Sarah E. Brown began on August 15, 1938 to the late Clarence and Cleo Davis. She went home to be with her Heavenly Father on October 7, 2020. She attended Elliott High School in Bernice Louisiana. She was married to the late Paul Brown. Sarah was an excellent cook, caregiver and friend to many. Sarah knew how to put a smile on everyone's face. Sarah eventually retired from Bernice High school in the late 90's.
Sarah turned her life over to the Lord at an early age. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She loved to sing and dance.
Sarah is proceeded in death by her parents Clarence and Cleo Davis, (3) Brothers: Jimmy Davis, Marshall Davis, and Fate Davis, (3) Sisters: Eveyln Smith, Nancy Bryant, and Helen Davis, Beloved Husband: Paul Brown (2) Children: Annette Brown Hall and Paul Brown Jr. (1)Grandson: Marcus Kemp, (2) Great Grand Children: LaDarrio Hendricks and Janiya Watson.
Sarah leaves to cherish her memories (3) Sisters: Bettye King, Shirley Barnes, and Willie Mea Green (2) Daughters: Vanessa Brown Richmond (Grary) and Paula Hogan Billings (Stacy) (10) Grand Children: Shunda Brown Mills (Robert), Gerald Brown (Brandy), Ulanda Brown Watson (Willie), LaShunda Brown Mitchell (Antonio), Ramado Brown (Shameka), Jacquita Brown McAlphin (James), Recardo Brown, Kurtis Hoof, Grantel Kennedy (Melanie), and Shania Hoof. And a host of great grand children, nieces, nephews, in laws, cousins, and friends.
