Mrs. Edna Hancock, 76, of Choudrant, Louisiana died Tuesday, January 11, 1972 at 9:15 a.m. at the Longleaf Nursing Home in Ruston, following a lengthy illness.Funeral Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Kilpatrick's Funeral Home of Ruston with the Rev. Otis Spinks officiating, assisted by the Rev. Roy Grant. Burial will be in the Douglas CemeterySurvivors include six daughters: Mrs. Charles McLean of Zachary, Louisiana; Mrs. R. W. Guthrie and Mrs. Pat Nahas, both of Monroe, Louisiana; Mrs. J. W. Chandler of Choudrant, Louisiana; Miss Merry Dean Patterson of Arcadia, Louisiana; and Mrs. R. W. Bransletter of Phoenix, Arizona; three sons: Thomas A. Patterson of Watertown, New York; Robert L. Patterson of Wilmington, North Carolina; and James K. Patterson of Hitchcock, Texas; four sisters: Mrs. Ed Stuckey of Jonesboro, Louisiana; Mrs. Harrison Williams of Choudrant, Louisiana; Mrs. F. F. Potts of Ruston, Louisiana; and Mrs. John Hennen of Monroe, Louisiana; 19 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
