Fuhrmeister, 89, of Ruston will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Douglas United Methodist Church with Rev. Jeremy Jones and Rev. Rolly Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas Cemetery in Choudrant, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.Mrs. Fuhrmeister was born December 14, 1925 and passed away September 11, 2015.She is survived by her husband Ed Fuhrmeister; daughter: Susan Jean Eichhorst and husband Randy of Drums, PA; grandson: Eric and wife Kristina; great granddaughters: Amelia and Adeline; granddaughter: Sarah Fountain and husband Leon; son: Jeffery Edward Fuhrmeister and wife Mary Pat of Collegeville, PA; granddaughter: Ashley Fuhrmeister; grandsons: Nicolas Fuhremeister and Michael Fuhrmeister; daughter: Amy Pardue and husband Jimmy; grandson: Jr. Pardue and wife Leslie; great granddaughter: Lexie and brother: Don Schneider of Hawaii.The family thanks Betty Brownfield, Katherine Thomas, Katrina Mattox, Shaun Grant, and Yolanda and Kim White and Makeisha Bolds for their loving care of Mrs. Fuhrmeister. Pallbearers will be Jimmy Pardue, Jeff Fuhrmeister, Randy Eichhorst, Eric Eichhorst, Nicholas Fuhrmeister, Michael Fuhrmeister, and Darrell Newsom.
