Funeral Services for Otis E. Davis, Jr., 92, of Monroe, will be held Monday, March 26, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe, with Rev. David Sistrunk officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mr. Davis was born December 15, 1919 and passed away March 23, 2012. He was a carpenter and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Rachel Winnon and his mother Willie Lea Davis Winnon.
Mr. Davis is survived by four sons, Buster Davis and wife Bennie, Milton Davis and wife Betty, Kenneth Davis and wife Barbara, and David Davis and wife Pam; one daughter, Carolyn Taylor and husband Floyd; two sisters, Mae Mardis and Lillian Atkins; four brothers, Troy Davis, George Winnon, Jesse Winnon, and Steve Winnon; nineteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
