Paul David Doyle, 52 of Vivian, LA passed away July 15, 2014 after an accident. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at Gorsulowsky Funeral Home Chapel in Vivian. Burial will follow at Vivian Cemetery. There will be a time of visitation from 6-8 pm on Saturday the 19th at the funeral home. Paul was born February 25, 1962 in Okinawa and lived in this area for the past 27 years after moving from Pueblo, CO. He worked as a logger for 21 years and drove his log truck over a million miles. He loved Hot Rods and the NHRA and he was a member of the Yellow Bullet Club. He loved bass fishing and he loved Hockey; he was a fan of the Mudbugs Hockey team. Paul was preceded in death by his nephews Alex and Nicholas Doyle, his uncle Gerald, and his in laws Dorothy and Frank Tekavec. He is survived by his wife Kathy Jo Doyle of Vivian, LA, his parents Neil and Sandra Doyle of Pueblo, CO, his step children; Bradley and wife Becky of Carthage, TX and Brenda of Shreveport, LA, his brothers and sister; Mike Doyle and wife Cheryl of Bedford, IA, Johnna Doyle of Pueblo, CO and Russ Doyle and wife Tangela of Pueblo, CO, his 6 grandchildren; Hayden, Alysa, Deanna, Cody, Ashtyn and Scotty, a number of nieces and nephews and lots of friends.
