COVINGTON n Odeal Grace Tullos, a lifelong resident of Bogalusa, died yesterday in Forest Manor Nursing Home in Covington. A graduate of
ESM Hospital in 1936, she was a registered, private-duty nurse and a member of First Baptist Church for over 50 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Erwin (Nealyne) Gruettner of Covington; a son, Richard "Dick" Tullos of Monroe; four grand daughters, Cheryl (Brian) Ellison of Covington, Caryn Crain of New Orleans, Amy T. (Allen) Evans of Shreveport, and Abby Grace Tullos of Monroe; and four great-grandchildren, Joshua Neal Gentry, Jordan Parker Gentry, both of Covington, Grace Elizabeth Evans, and Hunt Alexander Evans,
both of Shreveport.
Preceding her in death was her husband, E. C. "Neal" Tullos; and her parents, Edward W. Foye and Mary Alsobrooks Foye.
Visitation will be held at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home today from 5-8 p.m. and tomorrow from 11 a.m. until the funeral at 2 p.m. The Rev. Bob Adams will officiate. Interment will follow in Ponemah Cemetery.
