Isaac Watson enlisted July 1, 1862 at Bentonville, Missouri. On August 31, 1863, he transferred from Company F 8 Regiment Missouri Infantry to Company F 11 Regiment Missouri Infantry. He appeared on a Roll of Prisoners of War on May 26, 1865, when he was surrendered at New Orleans, Louisiana. He was paroled in Shreveport, Louisiana on June 8, 1865.
