Daughter of Circy V and Lola Willoughby Herrington
Lucy Lee Foil, age 95, a resident of Wichita Falls, TX and former resident of Bogalusa, LA passed away at Heritage Manor Nursing Home of Slidell, LA. She was born in Marion County, MS. She leaves behind 1 step-daughter, Hermine Erwin, 2 nieces, 3 nephews and 1 sister-in-la, Marjorie Herrington. She was preceded by her parents, Circy V. and Lola O. Willoughby Herrington, 3 sisters and 1 brother, Virginia May Herrington, Earl F. Herrington, Ruth Hudspeth and Juanita Stoltz.
