Daughter of Alton Phelps
BOGALUSA - The funeral service for Gloria Faye Phelps, age 33, will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in the Brown-McGehee Funeral Home chapel. Interment will follow in the Nobles Cemetery in Pine.
She died Monday in North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond.
Visitation will be tomorrow from 4 to 10 p.m. at the funeral home, continuing at 8 a.m. Thursday until time for the final service.
She is survived by her mother and step-father, Lois and Al Parker of Bogalusa; three brothers, Leroy Phelps, Alton (Joe) Phelps and Michael Parker, all of Bogalusa; five sisters, Diane Blackwell of Slidell, Marie Phelps and Jeanette Phelps, both of Picayune, Sandy Stansbuary of
Bogalusa and Rose Starks of Varnado; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Alton Phelps, and a sister, Joyce Smith.
