AMITE - Ruby Dean Gay, 80, a resident of Amite died yesterday afternoon at St. Tammany Parish Hospital in Covington.
She was the widow of Charlie Gay.She is survived by four sons, Charles Ray Gay of Amite, Sammy Gay, Jimmy Gay, both of Kentwood and Rodney Gay of Folsom; a daughter, Rena Thomas of Loranger; a sister, Mrs. Woodrow (Ruthie) Gerald of Kentwood; twelve grandchildren; and eighteen great-
grandchildren.Preceding her in death was her husband, Charlie Gay. Visitation will begin today at Crain Funeral Home at 6 p.m. and continue until time of service at 4 p.m. Saturday, to be conducted at the funeral home chapel. Eld. Mason Miley and Eld. Billy Pierce will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Noble Cemetery.
